  "Already made artworks are only one. Ordermade artworks are one piece per one order. (you can make multiple orders.)Items depends on the stock.
  Cost besides items and works: Transfer fee. Postage is free if it's inside Japan."

• Terms of payment

  A bank transfer. Customers bear transfer fee.

• Payment limit.

  Already made artworks are within 10 days after order. Ordermade artworks are within 7days after approving the completed artwork's picture.

• Term of delivering artworks and items.

  For the items, within 1 week after completing the settlement, and for the already made artworks and ordermade artworks, between 7 days to 20 days after completing the settlement, I will send you them to you, but incase of the progress of framing, area of sending, and natural disasters, the sending term might delay.

• Returning items and artworks.

  Usually, I can't afford returning and exchanging items from customer's personal reasons, but depending on the situation, please contact to me and we can make discussions about it.

• Inferior goods

  For physical accidents of transportation and sending mistakes, until 7days after the item comes, please contact me to the address that is packed with the item. Depending on the situation, I can exchange the item or the frame, or in other cases, refund.

• Ways of transportation

  Home delivery service, mail, or directly meeting and handing off.
